This class is for the beginner in wheel-throwing and focuses on basic methods of centering clay and throwing simple forms such as cylinders and small bowls. Students will use a variety of glazes to produce finished works of art.
Tuition is $210 per student.

This class reviews basic methods of wheel throwing, then expands on the techniques and skills learned in the Beginner to Wheel Throwing class. Students are introduced to new forms and techniques of wheel throwing.

This class will introduced students to making 4 inch and 6 inch square tiles. After the tiles are made, this class becomes all about the individual. Here you are free to experiment with impression stamps, engravings, and a variety of glazing techniques to personalize your work.
Two on one instruction is offered at a discounted rate (as compared to the Private Wheel Instruction class), here at the Generous Earth Pottery Studio.
Tuition is $45 per hour for two people.
Includes a variety of glazes and all firings, but not the clay. Clay is $1/pound (minimum of 6.5 pound purchase is required with this instruction).
